Grinded Baboon droppings
The product our country is known for is grinded baboon droppings of the brand Fecal Matter. The grinded Baboon droppings are first dried in the sun. Then they are picked up by the local citizens. There is no regulation as you cannot pet a Baboon. So when you see droppings you can pick them up and sell them to a retailer. The retailer decontaminate the droppings. Then he grinds them and then packs them. The droppings are believed to have healing powers. And they expel the bad spirits. The droppings are used for seasoning meals or they can be put into tea.

The price of this product is rather high. That’s mainly because it’s hard to collect it, as it is illegal to rear baboons. Despite the fact that the price is so high, the citizens are willing to pay for it, because they truly believe in the powers of the droppings of the holy animals.

The product needs only little promotion. It is very well known by the population because it is really part of our culture. And it is also mentioned in the Xahbier (our holy book).

You can buy the droppings in every city. But to find the pure form of the droppings, you must travel to Baboon Island. There are only few who master the process of making grinded Baboon droppings.
